Your naturopath in Berlin
Your symptoms matter. Your story matters.
As a certified naturopath and health management graduate (B.A.) I support you with care that’s holistic and evidence-informed.
Women’s health
Cycle-related complaints can take many forms, including:
- PMS
- dysmenorrhea (severe period pain)
- irregular or absent periods
- vaginal flora imbalances
- endometriosis and adenomyosis
- PMOS (PCOS)
- cysts and fibroids
Possible treatment approaches
Every body is different, so I tailor treatment to you. What I work with:
- Diagnostics: A thorough diagnosis is important to understand what’s going on and which treatment strategy fits best. Depending on your symptoms, this can include blood and saliva labs, urine tests, stool diagnostics, and more.
- Phytotherapy: Herbs and plants or plant parts to support your needs.
- Supplements: Hormonal imbalances and inflammation in the body often increase your needs. We take a closer look to make sure you’re getting what you need.
- Stress & nutrition: Finding a good way to handle stress is hard, but worth it, since stress can affect your hormones. A diet tailored to your condition can be an effective addition to treatment.
Every body responds differently, so it’s important to find out what works best for you. In my practice, I offer you a safe and supportive space to discuss your concerns and develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
Gut health
Leaky gut, SIBO, IBS, and other digestive complaints
The gut affects far more than digestion. Your immune system, skin, energy levels, and mood are connected to it, too.
Symptoms that can point to this:
- Bloating and gas
- Abdominal pain or cramping
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Sensitivity to certain foods
- Fatigue and trouble concentrating
- Skin issues like acne or eczema
- Nervousness or inner restlessness
Possible treatment approaches
I take the time for you and your concerns. Together we aim to find out what’s behind your symptoms and what your body needs to recover:
- Diagnostics: Before we treat, we look closely. Depending on your symptoms, this can include stool, urine, and breath tests, plus inflammation markers and nutrient status. If needed, we also look into testing for increased gut permeability (leaky gut) or bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine (SIBO/IMO).
- Microbiome and pre-/probiotics: A diverse gut microbiome is an important foundation. We work out which probiotics and fiber-rich foods (prebiotics) fit your symptoms.
- Phytotherapy: Medicinal plants are used to calm, stimulate, or regulate digestion, depending on what your gut needs.
- Micronutrients: If there’s a deficiency or increased need, we supplement accordingly.
- Nutrition: We find a way of eating that’s not just aimed at your symptoms, but that actually fits your everyday life. I focus on mindful eating and don’t believe in bans or cheat days or calorie tracking.
- Stress and nervous system: Digestion and stress are directly connected through the gut-brain axis. I’ll show you methods targeted towards your nervous system.
Stress
Ongoing strain rarely stays in your head. It can show up in your sleep, digestion, hormones, and energy levels.
Symptoms that can point to chronic stress:
- Trouble falling or staying asleep
- Inner restlessness, irritability, nervousness
- Exhaustion despite sleep, wired and tired at the same time
- Digestive issues
- Cycle changes or worsened PMS
- Trouble concentrating and low motivation
- Reduced libido
Possible treatment approaches
Together we find out what’s currently throwing your nervous system off balance and what it needs to regulate:
- Diagnostics: Depending on your symptoms, a cortisol day profile, micronutrient status, or tests looking at gut involvement.
- Stress regulation: Support for your autonomic nervous system. I will not tell you to “stress less”. Instead, we will take a closer look at stress and the stress response in your body. When we understand what’s going on, it’s easier to choose tools accordingly to your stress levels and needs.
- Hormones and stress: Stress responses can directly affect your hormone balance.
- Herbal medicine: We use plants and herbs, depending on your individual needs.
- Micronutrients: Your needs might increase during stressful phases, so we’ll take a closer look at your supplements.
- Nutrition: A way of eating that supports you, fits well into your everyday life, and is sustainable long-term.
- Body work and mindfulness: Coming back into your body and taking small breaks from a stressful routine matters just as much as resting before you’re truly at your limit.
Hormones
Hormonal fluctuations rarely show up in just one place. They can affect your cycle, mood, energy, and sleep, and sometimes also your skin, hair, or libido.
Symptoms that can be hormone-related:
- Cycle changes: too short, too long, or irregular or spotting
- Dysmenorrhea (pain before or during your period)
- Low drive and energy dips, in the morning or afternoon
- Mood swings and sleep problems
- Cycle-related headaches or digestive issues
- Hair loss or skin changes
- Reduced libido
Possible treatment approaches
The first step is understanding what’s actually going on for you. Here are some steps that we’ll explore together:
- Diagnostics: Depending on your symptoms, hormone profiles, thyroid markers, micronutrient and/or metabolic values.
- Cycle: You learn to read your cycle and work with hormonal fluctuations.
- Thyroid and adrenals: Both help regulate energy, stress response, and hormonal balance.
- Phytotherapy: Herbs and plants or plant parts to support your needs.
- Micronutrients: Needs often increase with hormonal imbalances and inflammatory processes, so we check and make sure you’re set up accordingly.
- Nutrition: Suited to your individual needs, but above all realistic for everyday life. I don’t believe in bans, cheat days, or counting calories.
- Stress and life rhythm: Strain, stress, and sleep can all influence your hormones, so we take a closer look at your everyday life too.

Maybe this sounds familiar?
- You have the feeling that something isn’t quite right in your body.
- You already have a diagnosis and want to complement it with holistic support.
- You’ve already tried a few things, but nothing has really helped.
- You want an individual plan that actually fits your life.
I know those feelings from my own experience, which is why I work by the following principles today:
- Holistic We take enough time to look closely at you, your body, and your life, so we can understand the connections instead of just focusing on individual symptoms.
- As equals It matters to me that you understand what’s going on in your body, so you can make the right decisions for yourself. I answer your questions and take you seriously.
- Evidence-informed I continue my education on an ongoing basis and, if you’d like, work alongside your medical team and doctors. To me, naturopathy isn’t an alternative to conventional medicine, but a complement to it.

FAQ
Does this replace visits to my gynecologist?
No. Working with me complements your medical care, it doesn’t replace it. I work holistically and look at your cycle, hormones, gut, and nervous system as a whole system, while checkups and conventional medical treatment remain with your gynecologist.
What does ongoing care or a short Check-In cost?
Ongoing care costs €180 for the first session (max. 120 min), a short Check-In costs €80 (max. 30 min). You’ll get a transparent breakdown of both formats before you decide, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for.
Does health insurance cover the cost?
Public health insurers generally don’t cover naturopathic services. Private supplementary insurance often reimburses part or all of the cost, it’s best to check directly with your insurer beforehand.
When does ongoing care make sense, even without a diagnosis?
You don’t need a finished diagnosis to come to me. Common reasons include digestive issues with no identified cause, period pain, an irregular cycle, or difficulty conceiving. If your body is sending signals you can’t quite place, or your test results come back “all within normal range” even though you don’t feel well, it’s often worth taking a closer look.
What happens during the first visit?
In the first conversation, we take time for your whole history, not just a single symptom. We look at your cycle, digestion and diet, stress levels, hormonal systems, and any previous findings, so we can develop a plan together that fits your life. The session usually takes 60–120 minutes, and you’ll leave with initial recommendations to take home.
Can I also book an online appointment?
Yes, appointments are available both in person and online. The first session usually takes place in person at the practice in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg/Friedrichshain.
How does diagnostics and lab testing work?
I work with stool, urine, and saliva samples that you can collect at home, or send you for a blood draw at an independent lab if needed. This lets us measure microbiome, nutrient, and hormone levels to find the right treatment approach for you.
We go through your results together and put them into context, so feel free to bring any existing lab results with you to the session.
What methods do you work with?
I work with phytotherapy (herbal medicine), micronutrient therapy, gut therapy (including pre- and probiotics), nutrition, and nervous system regulation. The focus is always on finding the root cause, not quickly suppressing symptoms.
Can this be combined with my medical treatment?
Yes, many of my patients combine working with me alongside ongoing medical treatment, for example during fertility treatment.
How often are the sessions?
That depends on your individual needs, usually about every 4–8 weeks. We’ll figure out together what interval makes sense and is workable for you.
